Over the past few years I have gained extensive knowledge and experience on grief and loss especially as it relates to trauma. We will work through not only the loss of the past, but also the future. While many losses can include in death, it also can include anything we have lost including relationships, jobs, moves, fertility or a certain future we have imagined.

Hi! I am Katrina, I am glad you are here I am licensed marriage and family therapist and medical family therapist. I have been a therapist for over a decade. I love what I do, I know what a gift that is and consider myself very lucky in that regard. I have worked in a variety settings including hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, non-profits, and two years ago opened up my own practice. To serve North Dakota and eventually Minnesota and Wisconsin. I consider myself quite laid back and given my previous trauma work, there is not much that shocks me. I am a pretty "average" person and deeply enjoy getting to know my clients nad like to develop long term relationships with my clients. In my free time I love to learn about everything, be outside, binge watch my favorite shows, look for more animals to adopt, and talk endlessly with my family and friends. I shamelessly love stand up comedy.
